In 1923, CT Logistics (The Commercial Traffic Company) was founded, and we began by auditing horse drawn carriage and canal freight shipments. Throughout our history in the Freight Audit and Freight Payment industry, CT has seen the evolution of almost every mode of transportation. We were one of the first companies to audit Truckload, Parcel and Air Freight bills! This equates to decades of experience in auditing any type of freight bill.
In the 1980's we began writing software, before user interfaces, just using command lines! By 1986, all freight bills were keyed into FreitRater®, the industry's first software for auditing and rating shipments. With transportation evolution and client feedback, FreitRater® has evolved to be the most accurate enterprise class software in the industry.
CT's technology has expanded to ICR (Intelligent Character Recognition) for freight invoices and CT Qlik® business intelligence and client driven analytics.
